"This growth reflects both the increasing need for our services and our enhanced capacity to meet that need," said David Kim, Board Chair. "We're proud of our team's dedication and the positive outcomes we've achieved for our clients."

Key achievements highlighted in the report include:
- Settlement Services: Assisted 1,800 newcomers with integration support
- Employment Programs: Helped 650 clients secure meaningful employment
- Youth Services: Engaged 750 young people in educational and leadership activities
- Food Security Initiative: Provided weekly support to 200 families
- Mental Health Services: Delivered 1,200 counseling sessions
- Community Events: Hosted 45 events with 3,500+ attendees
The report also notes a significant expansion in volunteer involvement, with 250 active volunteers contributing over 12,000 hours of service throughout the year.
Financial Stewardship
"We're committed to responsible financial management and transparency," noted Executive Director Maria Rodriguez. "This year, we've maintained our administrative costs at just 12% of our total budget, ensuring that the majority of our resources directly benefit our clients."
The organization's funding sources have diversified, with government grants accounting for 65% of revenue, private donations 20%, corporate sponsorships 10%, and earned income initiatives 5%.
